All students must abide by the rules and regulations given below:

• All the pupils should be in school on the first day of each term without fail. Regular attendance is a prerequisite for education and an important factor in deciding the promotion of a student.
• Student must be regular and punctual. For leave and absence, previous sanction in writing is to be obtained from the Principal.
• Leave of absence during the term will not be granted except under very special circumstances.
• Requests for leave on medical ground must be supported by the certificate of registered medical practitioner. Now in this case, the application must be forwarded at least on the second day of the leave.
• Fee must be paid regularly.
• Students may be required to attend extra classes on any working day after school hours or on holidays, provided they have been informed on the previous day. Students themselves must make arrangements for their conveyance if necessary.
• Students will not be allowed to leave the school during the school hours. Parents are advised not to come with such requests.
• Students will not be permitted to be absent from classes for the sake of celebrations and festivals.
• All the students will have to take part in extra-curricular activities, co-curricular activities, drill etc. No requests for exemption will be entertained.
• To communicate in the course language is mandatory for all the staff and students in the school campus.

Right of Alteration

Management reserves the right to modify, alter or include any other terms and conditions that may be deemed it in the interest of the institution. “A HOME AWAY FROM HOME.”

Regarding Withdrawal

The school may at any time and without assigning reasons, ask parents to withdraw his/her ward if such a course is in the best interest of the school. Parents wishing to withdraw his ward must give at least one month's notice in writing for the same. The Transfer Certificate and Report Card will not be issued until all school dues are cleared. Security Deposit will be refunded on submitting the original receipt. It can be claimed within a year of withdrawal or else will not be refunded.
